WendWell Health is seeking an experienced and motivated ACA Enrollment Supervisor - Los Angeles, CA to recruit, manage, and support a small team of ACA Enrollment Agents in their area. As a Supervisor, you’ll play a key leadership role in ensuring your team generates compliant, valid ACA leads that connect consumers to licensed health coverage partners.

Minimum Requirement : Supervisor candidates must have at least 3 active ACA agents under their direct supervision or plan to onboard them within 14 days.

Key Responsibilities

Recruit and manage a team of at least 3 ACA Enrollment Agents

Ensure agents follow all compliance and script protocols

Monitor daily team performance and ensure quality submissions

Participate in weekly reporting and agent check-ins

Support training, onboarding, and team motivation

Requirements

Proven experience managing teams (remote or in-person)

Comfortable with performance-based (commission) pay structure

Access to phone, internet, and transportation if working locally

Ability to maintain a consistent communication channel with agents

Must reside in an approved ACA territory (ask us for details)
