Key Responsibilities
Serve as a strategic advisor on compensation implications related to organizational change and workforce planning
Develop and execute compensation strategies that balance market competitiveness, internal equity, and compliance requirements
Lead the compensation team, driving continuous improvement and operational efficiency across compensation services
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
Bachelor's Degree in Health Administration, Finance, Economics, Business Management, or equivalent experience
10+ years of experience in compensation, finance, regulatory, HR, project management, or consulting environments
8+ years of leadership experience
Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) preferred upon hire
Healthcare experience preferred
