Join a global leader in infusion therapy, where innovation meets impact. BD's Infusion Preparation and Delivery (IPD) platform is dedicated to enabling safe, efficient, and effective preparation and delivery of infusion therapy worldwide.

We are seeking a strategic, results-driven marketing leader to serve as Associate Director of Global Marketing for our Gravity and Syringe Delivery (GSD) portfolioa ~$150M global business of IV sets and accessories that plays a foundational role in infusion therapy. This is a high-impact role requiring a general management mindset, strong cross-functional leadership, and the ability to drive commercial success in a competitive market.

This role reports to the Senior Director, Commercial Excellence for the IPD platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive Global Commercial Success : Own global revenue and margin performance for the GSD portfolio.
• Lead Cross-Functional Teams : Collaborate with R&D, Medical Affairs, Regulatory, Quality, and Supply Chain to deliver portfolio performance.
• Partner with Regional Marketing : Align with regional teams to execute commercialization plans, develop differentiated value propositions, and optimize go-to-market strategies.
• Portfolio Strategy & Lifecycle Management : Use customer insights and market trends to guide product lifecycle decisions and innovation priorities.
• Pricing & Value Capture : Establish pricing corridors, monitor margin performance, and ensure effective governance across regions.
• Market Intelligence & Customer Advocacy : Stay ahead of market dynamics, competitive activity, and clinical guidelines. Engage directly with customers to understand their needs and advocate for solutions.
• Operational Excellence : Lead annual marketing planning cycles, improve commercial processes, and apply integrated business planning to manage demand / supply and mitigate risks.
• Vendor & Supplier Engagement : Liaise with external partners as needed to support portfolio execution.
