Qualifications
Required Education :
Associate degree in Nursing, Radiologic Technology, or Cardiovascular Technology.Preferred Education :
Bachelor’s degree in Nursing, Radiologic Technology, or Cardiovascular TechnologyRequired Experience :
Two (2) years of EP experiencePreferred Experience :
Three (3) to five (5) years of EP experienceRequired Certification / License / Registry :
Licensed as an RN in accordance with Florida Statutes (FS), Title XXXII (Regulation of Professions and Occupations), Chapter 464 (Nursing), Part I (Nursing Practice Act),OR
Certified as a radiologic technologist in accordance with FS, Title XXXII, Chapter 468 (Miscellaneous Professions and Occupations), Part IV (Radiological Personnel Certification) [including certification / registration with the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (AART)].Registered Cardiac Electrophysiology Specialist (RCES) credential from Cardiovascular Credentialing International (CCI).Basic Life Support (BLS) or Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) certification from an American Heart Association (AHA) accredited instructor.Responsibilities
Your Role :
Is responsible for clinical and personnel management; providing clinically proficient inpatient care; and efficient, cost-effective resources allocation.Maintains required statistics.Coordinates colleague scheduling (in conjunction with physicians’ schedules) and patient flow for efficient, productive workdays.Serves as the central point of communication and coordination for workflow.Gains understanding of daily activities through huddles, physician communication, and vendor coordination for appropriate procedures.Reports To :
