**Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (required)
- Professional Engineer (PE) License (any state; Georgia preferred)
- 10+ years in civil site design and project execution
- 3–5 years in technical leadership or team management roles
- Expertise in AutoCAD Civil 3D, Bluebeam, Smartsheet, and related software
- Strong skills in communication, leadership, and problem-solving
- Certification: GSWCC Level II or willingness to obtain within 6 months
