Position Description
As a Billing Exceptions Specialist, you will ensure that we are delivering accurate billing for our software products and services by reviewing software usage and resolving billing exceptions. In addition, you will make recommendations and communicate process improvements based on audit findings. Some data entry may be required if and when changes need to be implemented.
Training
On the job training in a team environment; a mentor will be assigned to guide employee through the 6 week training program.
Requirements
Bachelor&'s degree preferred~^~Strong organizational skills and attention to detail~^~Experience in Microsoft Excel and Word~^~Excellent communication skills~^~Must be self-motivated
