Delivery of in-house and blended learning programs; facilitating and coordinating learning and leadership development programs; and developing and delivering training sessions. Good platform speaking skills. Forklift Experience. Good PC skills.
Conduct classroom and hands-on training for new recruits. Develop training and development programs and objectives for new employees. Obtains and / develops effective training materials utilizing a variety of media. Certify forklift drivers. Conduct recertification and post-accident recertifications. Manage site coaches and field trainers. Conduct Company orientation. Works effectively as a team member with other members of management and the HR staff.
