A client of Innova Solutions is immediately hiring for an Operations Support Analyst

Description :

As an Operations Support Analyst you will : -

• Manage Request for Proposals (RFPs) for underwriting teams
• Ensure agent licensing and compliance
• Track submissions and follow up on outstanding paperwork
• Coordinate with servicing centres on installation paperwork
• Respond to agent inquiries via shared business inbox
• Support daily operations using Excel, SharePoint, Salesforce
• Deliver high-quality service and assist with special projects

This role supports proposal servicing and agent material management to ensure accurate, timely processing.

It involves close collaboration with internal teams and partners using Excel, SharePoint, and Salesforce.

The goal is to streamline operations while maintaining compliance and exceptional service.
