Job descriptionGreet prospective residents, provide tours, and explain community features. Communicate effectively with both English- and Spanish-speaking residents and prospects. Assist with leasing paperwork, applications, and renewals. Respond to phone, email, and in-person inquiries with professionalism and care. Stay informed about leasing specials, occupancy goals, and market trends. Ensure the office and community present a welcoming, professional environment. Bilingual in Spanish and English (required). At least 5 years of leasing or property management experience (required). Strong communication and organizational skills. Friendly, outgoing, and approachable personality. - Strong social media and outreach marketing experience Ability to multitask in a fast-paced office setting. Competitive pay and leasing bonuses.
