  • Bilingual Leasing Manager We are seeking an energetic and customer-focused Bilingual (Spanish / English) Leasing Agent to join our property management team!
  • The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of leasing or property management experience.

What You’ll Do :

  • Greet prospective residents, provide tours, and explain community features.
  • Communicate effectively with both English- and Spanish-speaking residents and prospects.
  • Assist with leasing paperwork, applications, and renewals.
  • Respond to phone, email, and in-person inquiries with professionalism and care.
  • Stay informed about leasing specials, occupancy goals, and market trends.
  • Ensure the office and community present a welcoming, professional environment.

    • What We’re Looking For :

  • Bilingual in Spanish and English (required).
  • At least 5 years of leasing or property management experience (required).
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Friendly, outgoing, and approachable personality. - Strong social media and outreach marketing experience
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced office setting.
