Job Summary

The Assistant Team Leader supports the Production Team Leader by ensuring production lines are set up correctly, running efficiently, and producing high-quality products. This role steps in as the acting Team Leader when needed, providing coaching, guidance, and corrective direction to team members. You will help minimize downtime, maintain safety standards, and support overall team performance.

Key Job Duties

• Assist the Team Leader with line setups, production planning, and troubleshooting.
• Act as Team Leader during absences, overseeing daily activities and team performance.
• Ensure products meet quality standards while minimizing scrap and downtime.
• Train and coach team members on equipment, processes, and performance expectations.
• Report unsafe conditions and ensure tools, equipment, and materials are maintained properly.

Pay : 18.00 / hourly

Schedule : Monday-Friday 8 : 00am-4 : 00pm
