Project Manager
This position allows for a hybrid arrangement with a mix of work from home and in the office. This position will offer the opportunity to manage the execution of multiple transmission, substation, and distribution projects. The position will involve coordinating with multiple internal and external departments to manage the life cycle of capital project execution.
Responsibilities include :
- Project execution, contract administration, planning, and resource management
- Ownership for all aspects of project performance including safety, schedule, budget, reporting, and client experience through the entire project life cycle
- Accountability for all phases of the project life cycle from initiation, planning, execution, monitoring / controlling, and close out
- Managing and directing the project team to ensure accountability; mentoring and coaching team members
- Developing and maintaining a positive working relationship with client functional leads and stakeholders
- Leading efforts to ensure projects are completed safely, satisfactorily, on time, and within budget
- Supporting the reporting of key performance indicators for schedule, budget, and other dashboard items
- Identifying and controlling construction risk
- Recognizing, identifying, tracking, and controlling change
- Communicating and consulting with appropriate stakeholders and supervisors
- Preparing reports that project information in a clear and concise manner and meet client requirements
- Analyzing issues and providing solutions to improve results

12+ years of experience in Project Management of Utility, Construction, Engineering, or other relevant experienceProven experience managing multi-disciplinary teamsExperience with serving as a firm / client liaison in a support or lead roleAbility to multitask and manage multiple competing priorities is critical to successStrong written and verbal communication skillsAbility to work in a collaborative team settingComfortable with approximately 10-25% domestic travelValued but not required skills and experience include :
