Overview :
Nokona Ballgloves is seeking an experienced, strategic, and data-driven Social Media Manager and Content Creator. The ideal candidate has 5+ years’ experience, is a strong communicator who thrives in a collaborative environment, and has a passion for baseball.
Responsibilities :
- Develop and execute the visual content strategy for Instagram
- Lead our TikTok and YouTube account launches
- Shoot and edit short-form video content from concept to final cut
- Ensure content consistently reflects brand voice and visual identity
- Track content performance and adapt strategy based on analytics and business goals
- Optimize content through insights and KPIs
- Grow Nokona’s online community
- Develop and manage the social media calendar in collaboration with the Sales & Marketing team, integrating key marketing initiatives and product drops
