Underwriting
What You Will Be Doing :
- Audit loan files for specific criteria by conducting SWAT reviews, including risk analysis
- Create reports and present findings to Senior Leadership
- Analyze data to help the business as a whole
- Create and enhance training materials
- Assist our Underwriting Training team with classroom enrollments and other various data projects
- Analyze hiring trends and their impact on the team
- Work in Microsoft Office products and PowerBI
- Create reporting dashboards to be used by Senior Leadership
- Facilitate fun and friendship activities for the team
Nice to Have Qualifications :
Proficiency with Microsoft ExcelHave a passion for training and developmentCurrently enrolled in a degree program related to Finance, Auditing, Accounting, Statistics, Actuarial Science, or similarRisk Team
What You Will Be Doing :
Assist in conducting risk assessments and evaluations for various business operations and processesSupport the development and implementation of risk management policies and proceduresConduct research on industry trends and best practices related to risk managementHelp analyze data and prepare reports on risk exposures and mitigation strategiesParticipate in team meetings and contribute to discussions on risk management initiativesAssist in monitoring compliance with risk policies and regulatory requirementsPerform other duties as assigned by members of the Risk teamNice to Have Qualifications :
Currently enrolled in a degree program related to Finance, Business Administration, Risk Management, or a similar fieldWhat We Need From You
