About The Position

Radiology Locums, California - Weekend-Only, No Call

Weekend-only Radiology assignment in Long Beach with no call and high-volume reads; great for body imagers seeking supplemental income.

Highlights

Practice Setting

  • Inpatient hospital setting
  • Hospital-based support staff
  • Adult and geriatric patient mix
  • Epic EMR system
  • Schedule

  • 8a-6p shifts on Saturday and Sunday
  • Pick up 1+ weekends per month; you choose
  • Onsite training (2 weekdays) required before start
  • Cases and Procedures

  • High volume of CT and plain films, plus MRI and ultrasound
  • No cardiac, breast, or nuclear medicine reads
  • Ideal for diagnostic / body radiologists
  • Requirements

  • Board certified in Radiology
  • Active, unrestricted California license required
  • BLS or ACLS and DEA required
