Paul Davis Restoration is a trusted franchise providing expert cleanup and repair services for residential and commercial properties affected by water, fire, mold, storms, and other disasters. We're looking for dedicated team members to help us restore homes and businessesmaking a real difference for our customers during challenging times.

What We're Looking For :

• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record and ability to pass a background check.
• Comfortable performing demolition work, including climbing, working in extreme temperatures, and navigating confined spaces
• Ability to lift up to 60 lbs

Work Schedule :

Full-Time : Monday Friday, 7 : 15 AM 4 : 30 PM, with optional overtime

Participate in our 24-hour on-call rotation to respond to emergency losses after hours and on weekends

Your Responsibilities :

Respond to disaster situations and perform emergency mitigation, water extraction, structural drying, and demolition, following IICRC standards

Set up and remove dehumidifiers, fans, air purifiers, and other equipment on-site

Conduct moisture mapping and loss documentation using MICA and other proprietary software

Perform initial inspections and document losses accurately

Remove drywall, carpets, insulation, and perform general demolition after a loss

Pack-out and pack-in customers' contents, ensuring items are properly documented and restored

Serve as the on-site point of contact for customers, addressing questions and ensuring satisfaction

Drive company vehicles, including water trucks, trailers, and other machinery

Take on other duties as assigned
