Job Overview :

We’re seeking a Roofing Superintendent with commercial or industrial roofing experience. This role oversees day-to-day field operations—ensuring projects stay on schedule, within budget, and built to our quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities :

Direct and oversee roofing crews and subcontractors on active job sites

Coordinate with Project Managers, suppliers, and inspectors

Enforce jobsite safety, organization, and quality control

Maintain daily logs, reports, and production tracking

Troubleshoot field issues and keep projects moving smoothly

Conduct quality inspections and manage punch lists

Represent the company professionally to clients and partners

Ideal Background :

3+ years of superintendent or foreman experience in commercial roofing or construction

In-depth understanding of roof systems, sequencing, and installation best practices

Experience working for a roofing or specialty trade contractor

Ability to read drawings, lead crews, and solve problems in the field

Organized, proactive, and dependable with strong communication skills

Based in or near Atlanta, GA
