Come join our team as a PBX Operator. We are seeking a PBX Operator to join our team who will foster an environment of teamwork, quality and ensure to provide customer service to our patients by providing information and directions to specific areas in the hospital.

What You Will Do in Your Role :

• Answer all incoming & inter-hospital calls within 30 seconds and page over Public Address system.
• Respond to all emergency codes within 5 seconds and proceeds with appropriate procedures.
• Assist security by monitoring devices and paging / calling on SpectraLink phones.
• Assist and direct all visitors or patients to their specific areas within the hospital.
