A company is looking for a Customer Service Manager to lead the delivery functions of their Client Service Group.
Key Responsibilities
Track and problem-solve program deliverables, schedules, and milestones for rebate fulfillment and customer service delivery
Coordinate processing between application intake, processing, batching, incentive fulfillment, and follow-up
Analyze staffing needs and implement process improvements to meet department KPIs
Required Qualifications
4+ years of supervisory experience
3+ years of project / program management experience
2+ years of experience with call center technologies
Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills
Interest in sustainability and making a meaningful environmental impact
