Job description

Nationwide Therapy Group is seeking a LPN / LVN for a travel job in Mountain Mesa, California.

Job Description & Requirements

  • Specialty : LPN / LVN
  • Discipline : LPN / LVN
  • Duration : 13 weeks
  • 36 hours per week
  • Shift : 12 hours, nights
  • Employment Type : Travel

Duties / Responsibilities :

  • Assess, plan, and implement nursing care under RN supervision
  • Provide direct patient care and ensure continuity of care
  • Administer medications and supervise CNAs / support staff
  • Cross-train in other nursing departments as needed
  • Document patient care and maintain accurate records (EMR preferred)

    • Skills :

  • Current California LVN license required
  • Current BLS certification required
