Follow all Student Support protocols and procedures Prepare for and attend all collaborative meetings you are invited to attend, including but not limited to Student Support Team (SST) meetings, Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings, and Case Conferences. With input from all members of a student support team, develop Behavior Support Plans that address problem behaviors through skill acquisition and positive reinforcement. Complete all paperwork related to your assigned job responsibilities, including but not limited to student observations, Behavior Support Plans and corresponding classroom materials, and data collection sheets. All paperwork is expected in a timely manner or date given. Provide ongoing consultation to classrooms to support Tier 1 behavior management strategies, as well as to support the implementation of student specific Behavior Support Plans Collect and analyze student data on a routine basis, allowing for consultation, fidelity checks, and progress monitoring. Provide ongoing consultation to parents regarding home behavior, as needed Maintain accurate, professional, and up-to-date documentation on all children; (education file and / or Child Plus) Provide ongoing communication with all Head Start disciplines relative to the needs of the children Provide professional development training to staff relating to children's social / emotional development and classroom management Any other job related responsibilities assigned by your supervisor
