Job descriptionOpen to new grads with Fellowship in Geriatrics or experienced Internal Medicine / Family Medicine candidates. Experience working with the Geriatric population. Physicians must be board certified in their specialty, or board eligible and will become board certified within 2 years of becoming board eligible. State of Michigan license required at time of employment. DEA license BLS Certification and maintain recertification. Trinity Health Medical Group (THMG) is seeking a full-time (1.0 FTE) Geriatrics Physician to join our Geriatrics Team located in Grand Rapids, Michigan.
Practice Features :
- Trinity Health Grand Rapids provides care for patients in eight local nursing facilities and supports the Trinity Health at Home Thrive Program, an Advanced Care Coordination Program.
