HOURS

  • School hours : Monday - Friday
  • Shifts vary and are flexible

SUMMARY OF CLIENT'S DESCRIPTION OF THIS OPPORTUNITY

  • Assume the responsibility of maintaining a classroom environment conducive to effective learning
  • Meet with administration or appropriate office personnel to obtain accurate daily plans and schedules for assigned class(es)
  • Maintain the established routines and procedures of the school and classroom
  • Comprehend and implement provided lesson plans
  • Assist in upholding and enforcing school rules, administrative regulations, and School Board policy contracts

    • REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

  • Ability to motivate and encourage students to reach their full potential
  • Willingness to work per-diem
  • Minimum of an Associates' degree
  • Must posses or obtain New Jersey Teaching or Substitute Teaching Certification
  • Must possess or quickly acquire NJ Department of Education Fingerprints
  • Proficient in maintaining efficient classroom management skills
  • Ability to provide effective and efficient instructions in the absence of the regular teacher
