Primary Worksite City : Rosebud SD

• Start Date :   1 month
• Requirements to apply :   -Current CV with all gaps explained (within the last 6 months) -Names / numbers of 3 references -U.S. Citizenship required or Green Card Holder -Must have worked within the last 6 months
• Housing is provided by facility
• Privileging Details :
• Timeline : 6 weeks, Required health documentation : MMR, Hep B, Varicella, Tetanus (Td), PPD, Flu, Required certifications – BLS, ACLS & ATLS Fingerprints / background check
• Board Certification Requirements :   Certified or Eligible ABEM
• EMR : RPMS
• License State :   Any State License accepted
• Census -0.8-0.9 Patients Per Hour
• Worksite Information : 20 bed facility, 10 rooms. RN and MSA support during each shift

Work Schedule : 7 on 7 off or 14 on 14 off, 7am-7pm / 8am-8pm / 7pm-7am 7-14 shifts a month (Flexible Schedule)
