Responsibilities

Leadership :

  • Establish the End-to-End capital projects management performance framework.
  • Define clear and strategic objectives for capital prioritization.
  • Allocate capital efficiently across a diversified range of investments.

Driving Process and Operational Excellence :

  • Establish a process excellence framework for strategic large capital projects.
  • Embed a robust End to End governance process.
  • Utilize data-driven insights and market intelligence.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration and Stakeholder Management :

  • Collaborate closely with all E&PS functions, IM business partners, Finance, Procurement, HR, IT, QA, and EHS teams.
  • Strong communications and ability to report to senior leaders.
  • Leadership and Development :

  • Lead and develop a high-performing Business operations organization.
  • Mentor and coach Engineering leaders and experts.

  • Qualifications & Experience

  • A minimum of a Bachelor's degree is required.
  • Minimum 12 years of experience in a business and / or pharmaceutical environment.
  • Experience with Program, Project and Financial Management.
  • Ability to synthesize business needs, manufacturing requirements, engineering elements, and technology inputs.
  • Must be able to manage multiple priorities, maintain confidentiality, and operate with poise and integrity.
  • Demonstrated experience in resource prioritization and capacity planning.
  • High intellectual curiosity to challenge the status quo.
  • Demonstrated interest in data analytics and performance management.
  • Strong social skills, standout colleague, influencing without authority, setting priorities and strong demonstrated partner management and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven success at developing highly collaborative and effective relationships.
  • Proven track record to develop and lead the execution of strategy and business transformation.

  • The anticipated base pay range for this position is $146,000-$251,850. Additional Description for Pay Transparency : Subject to the terms of their respective plans, employees and / or eligible dependents are eligible to participate in the following Company sponsored employee benefit programs : medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short- and long-term disability, business accident insurance, and group legal insurance. Subject to the terms of their respective plans, employees are eligible to participate in the Company's consolidated retirement plan (pension) and savings plan (401(k)). This position is eligible to participate in the Company's long-term incentive program. Subject to the terms of their respective policies and date of hire, Employees are eligible for the following time off benefits : Vacation 120 hours per calendar year Sick time - 40 hours per calendar year; for employees who reside in the State of Washington 56 hours per calendar year Holiday pay, including Floating Holidays 13 days per calendar year Work, Personal and Family Time - up to 40 hours per calendar year Parental Leave 480 hours within one year of the birth / adoption / foster care of a child Condolence Leave 30 days for an immediate family member : 5 days for an extended family member Caregiver Leave 10 days Volunteer Leave 4 days Military Spouse Time-Off 80 hours Additional information can be found through the link below. https : / / www.careers.jnj.com / employee-benefits The compensation and benefits information set forth in this posting applies to candidates hired in the United States.
