SERVPRO of Allentown is looking for a new Construction Project Manager to join their growing team!
Desired Experience : 3-5 years in Residential / Commercial Construction Project Management
Salary : $90k - $100k + between Base Salary and Project Commission

Customer Engagement & Communication
Serve as the primary point of contact for all reconstruction customers throughout the project lifecycle.Conduct the initial customer meeting following estimator review, ensuring alignment on project requirements and expectations.Provide ongoing progress updates, maintaining a clear and consistent line of communication.Perform final walkthroughs with customers to confirm satisfaction and resolve outstanding concerns.Collaboration with Estimating
Partner with the Remote Estimator to review project documentation and scope requirements.Conduct on-site inspections when documentation review indicates additional field verification is necessary.Discuss and document all change orders or supplemental work with the Estimator, ensuring accuracy and compliance.Project Oversight & Execution
Oversee subcontractor activities on assigned projects, ensuring quality, safety, and adherence to scope.Coordinate daily activities with subcontractors and crews, addressing field challenges as they arise.Maintain accurate job site documentation, including photos, progress notes, and customer updates.Ensure that all project milestones and deliverables are achieved according to the project schedule.Scheduling & Logistics
Work closely with the Operations Manager to plan project scheduling, logistics, and resource allocation.Identify and communicate any potential delays, conflicts, or resource needs in advance.Ensure subcontractors and materials are in place to meet project deadlines.Quality Assurance & Finalization
Monitor workmanship and project progress to ensure adherence to company and industry standards.Conduct final walkthroughs with customers, documenting approvals and resolving punch-list items.Ensure all required documentation, change orders, and supplemental approvals are completed prior to project closeout.Reporting & Accountability
Provide updates to the Operations Manager on project progress, challenges, and scheduling needs.Ensure proper documentation of all customer interactions, project adjustments, and field notes.Support the Reconstruction Department Manager and Operations Manager in achieving departmental goals.
