Job description
A company is looking for a Principal Product Manager to lead the Confluence Onboarding experience.
Key Responsibilities
Define the onboarding strategy for new Confluence admins across acquisition and cross-sell journeys
Understand jobs-to-be-done for technical and business user admins setting up Confluence
Shape the first-time admin experience by guiding users and removing friction
Required Qualifications
7+ years in product management, with at least 3 years in SaaS Activation / Onboarding, Consumer, or E-Commerce roles
Strong analytical skills with experience in product analytics and data-driven decision making
Proficiency in using prototyping AI tools for onboarding concept validation
Experience onboarding technical and business user personas in B2B SaaS
Familiarity with collaboration platforms similar to Atlassian products
