We are seeking Board Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioners (PMHNP) licensed in both Connecticut and New York to expand access to behavioral health care in your area. In addition to a highly competitive benefits package, Mindful Care's Full-Time Advanced Practice Provider (APP) compensation plan ranges from approximately $120K to $200K+ annually , consisting of a base salary and a monthly productivity incentive .

The standard base salary begins at $120K , with the opportunity to earn up to $80K annually in productivity incentives (

Most clinicians reach a total compensation of $155K-$160K once they achieve 55% utilization. Monthly productivity incentives are guaranteed during the onboarding ramp-up period to ensure financial stability as providers build their caseload.

All offers to candidates will ultimately be based on that candidate's individual experience, years of prescriptive authority for psychiatric medication, and skillset.
