Project Analyst (PA) Position

This onsite Project Analyst (PA) position based in Richardson, Texas (Cityline Bldg.) will provide analytical and program support for an IPT on a variety of tasks. Plan, compile, format and manipulate technical / analytical data. Interpret and maintain program requirements for project repositories. Track tasks and requirements to ensure the teams are on target to meet their deadlines. Serves as the focal for analyzing data, creating and presenting program metrics.

What You Will Do

• Plan and forecast staffing and resource metrics and analysis
• Baseline and Change Management process adherence and documentation, including metrics
• Creation and Management of metric dashboards to automate metrics update through Power BI or native tools (JIRA, JAMA, CAMEO, etc.)
• Set up new databases and rulesets for onboarding and audits
• Management of process (Audit, Updates, metrics setup) of databases for JIRA, ALM, JAMA, SVN, etc.

The salary range for this role is 66,000 USD - 130,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate's work experience, location, education / training, and key skills.
