Job Description

Manage all aspects of multifamily construction projects, including scheduling, budgeting, and quality control. Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and on-site personnel to ensure smooth project execution. Oversee safety protocols and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards. Maintain effective communication with project stakeholders, including clients and internal teams. Monitor project progress and address any potential delays or issues proactively. Prepare and present regular project updates and reports to leadership. Ensure materials and resources are delivered and utilized efficiently. Foster a positive and productive work environment on-site.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Superintendent - Multifamily should have :
