Crown Park Rehabilitation and Nursing Center is currently looking for a Resident Transportation Driver :

Primary responsibility is to drive the facility vehicle to transport residents to desired destinations. As a Resident transportation driver, you are entrusted with the responsibility for caring for our residents, families, co-workers, visitors and all others. Destinations include appointments, transportation to and from the local hospitals, or an outing in the activities department.

Requirements :

• Valid, unencumbered NYS driver’s license.
• Must be able to push, pull / lift a minimum of 25 pounds
