Lead Front End Software Engineer (Angular / React)

What You'll Do :

Collaborate with a skilled team focused on distributed microservices and full-stack systems.

Engage in software development for Front End Applications using a test-driven development approach.

Take ownership of the technical design and development of versatile, multi-platform application systems.

Stay ahead of technology trends by experimenting with and adopting new technologies, while also mentoring fellow engineers.

Partner with digital product managers to create robust cloud-based solutions that empower millions of Americans financially.

Work with programming languages such as JavaScript (Angular, React, Node), HTML / CSS, TypeScript, Java, open source frameworks, and RESTful web services, ensuring cross-browser and cross-device compatibility.

Basic Qualifications :

Bachelor's Degree

A minimum of 3 years of professional software engineering experience (excluding internships)

Preferred Qualifications :

5+ years of experience with at least one of the following : React, Angular, Node, TypeScript, Java, or JavaScript.

1+ years of experience with AWS, GCP, Azure, or other cloud services.

3+ years working with open source frameworks.

2+ years of experience applying Agile practices.

Salary Range :

• McLean, VA : $158,600 - $181,000
• Richmond, VA : $144,200 - $164,600
