Civil Cad Designer

Job Description

Meridian Land Services, Inc. is seeking a CAD Drafter that has experience drafting Site Plans, Boundary Plans, road construction plans, etc. using AutoCAD and Carlson software. Candidates for this position must be able to assemble plan sheets, subdivision plan and site plan sets with a minimum of instruction and supervision.

• Must have experience in Land Development, civil engineering, and / or land surveying drafting.
• Proficient in all Civil Engineering and / or surveying related aspects of AutoCAD, Civil3D, and Carlson including but not limited to :
• Surface Creation and Design
• Subdivision Plan Drafting
• Knowledge of Boundary, easement, or condominium plan development.
• Understanding of Road Alignments and Corridors a plus.
• Experience in design aspects of Civil Engineering Site Development such as grading, underground utilities, and site planning.
• Deadline-oriented mindset and attention to detail.
