Customer Service Representative – Social Media Marketing

What You’ll Do :

  • Assist customers with scheduling and service questions.
  • Provide excellent phone and in-person support.
  • Manage social media pages : respond to comments, messages, and reviews.
  • Monitor and expand social media presence.
  • Create posts that highlight our team and services.
