The FLEX Sr. Manager Marriott Bonvoy Experiences reports directly to the Sr. Director Marriott Bonvoy Moments & Experiences and assists with the marketing and operations of Marriott Bonvoy Experiences. As a member of the Experiences team they will be accountable for supporting the marketing and operations of the Experiences platforms driving revenue guest satisfaction and member engagement. The Sr. Manager Marriott Bonvoy Experiences will help support the marketing programs and operations of the experiences program support experience partnerships and the hotel solution.
This position requires a self-motivated professional who is a strategic thinker experienced marketer has good communication skills possesses strong project management skills and has a passion for experiences. This position also requires the ability to work with partners across regions and to deliver on customer expectations. This position works with diverse work teams comprised of Marriott associates and agencies to ensure successful execution of the experiences platforms.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
Education and Experience Required
4-year degree from an accredited university in from an accredited university in Business Administration Marketing or related major and
Five or more years of relevant professional experience demonstrating progressive career growth and a pattern of exceptional performance.
CORE WORK ACTIVITIES
Marriott Bonvoy Experiences
Implements targeted marketing strategies to drive awareness and increase bookings on the experiences platforms.
Manages the gift code program to surprise and delight key members and guests enhancing loyalty and engagement.
Supports the global rollout and ongoing growth of the hotel solution by introducing new capabilities and curated marketing collections.
Oversees communications for the hotel solution ensuring timely and relevant updates to corporate teams hotels and owners.
Prepares and delivers monthly performance reports to track progress and inform future initiatives.
Represents the hotel solution at conferences and industry events to promote awareness and foster relationships as needed.
Identifies and manages new partners to expand the breadth and appeal of the experiences platforms.
Manages the photo library for the experiences platforms ensuring high-quality and up-to-date assets are available for marketing use.
Support the customer service team by handling escalations promptly and maintaining high standards of service.
Monitors competitors for innovations and trends to keep the platform competitive and relevant.
