Job description

A leading Retail brand is looking for a multi-skilled, social-native Content Creator with a passion for culture, storytelling, and creativity. This role sits within a fast-paced in-house creative team and calls for someone who can concept, shoot, edit, and design visually compelling, platform-native content across social channels and emerging platforms.

This is a hands-on, creator-driven role , perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-moving environment, has their finger on the pulse of culture, and knows how to make content that stops thumbs mid-scroll.

What You’ll Do

  • Create Social-First Content : From behind-the-scenes storytelling to branded campaigns, lo-fi cultural moments, and series content.
  • Concept & Pitch Ideas : Storyboard, develop, and independently execute content tied to cultural events, brand priorities, and real-time opportunities.
  • Shoot & Interview : Capture content in-studio, on-location, or in-the-moment. Conduct quick-turn interviews and build trust to tell authentic stories on and off camera.
  • Edit & Design : Deliver polished edits for TikTok, Reels, and other platforms, applying motion graphics, captions, transitions, and native design assets.
  • Trend-Spot & Report : Stay ahead of platform shifts, cultural conversations, and creator styles—testing new formats and sharing insights to optimize storytelling.

Who You Are

  • 3–6 years of experience creating social-first content at an agency, brand, or media company.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing video storytelling, editing, and social design.
  • Culturally fluent, with a pulse on fashion, entertainment, and purpose-driven narratives.
  • Skilled in photography, videography, and post-production tools : Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Lightroom, CapCut.
  • Confident interviewing and directing talent on-camera.
  • Collaborative, fast, and resourceful, with the ability to work autonomously.
  • Open to travel and flexible hours for shoots, events, and campaigns.
  • Bonus : Experience with UGC-style content and influencer partnerships.
