Cardiothoracic Surgery opening - Abilene, TX 180 miles from Dallas, TXRegional draw of 400,000 people Position Details

Full time, employed
18-month income guarantee : $767,007 + lucrative incentive program
$25,000 contract execution payment (to be repaid if you do not come to Abilene or if employment terminates prior to 3-year term), distributed as :
$5,000 upon signing a contract - $15,000 upon submitting all required credentialing documentation - $5,000 after first payroll cycle following start date
Relocation and house-hunting allowance : up to $20,000
$2,000 / month training stipend until completion of training
Potential student loan repayment
Marketing support to community and region included
