As a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) in Surgical Services, you will play a crucial role in enhancing patient care at Rochester Regional Health. RESPONSIBILITIES :

Deliver top-notch Patient Care by implementing the full nursing process—collaborating with physicians and the multidisciplinary team, providing treatment, and offering support to patients and their families.

Enhance Planning & Communication by developing personalized care plans tailored to each patient's needs and maintaining open lines of communication regarding health status and treatment plans.

Manage Electronic Health Records (EHR) proficiently, ensuring accurate documentation and effective communication of patient information.

Ensure Compliance with all departmental protocols, regulations, and educational requirements.

EDUCATION :

AS : Nursing (Required)

LICENSES / CERTIFICATIONS :

BLS - Basic Life Support - American Heart Association (AHA), RN - Registered Nurse - New York State Education Department (NYSED)

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS :

M - Medium Work - Exerting 20 to 50 pounds of force occasionally, and / or 10 to 25 pounds of force frequently, and / or greater than negligible up to 10 pounds of force constantly to move objects; requires frequent walking, standing, or squatting.
