Join Metro as an Event Producer!
We're looking for a dynamic entry level Event Producer to produce and manage all logistics of high-profile Metro events that showcase our story and represent our brand. This is a fully on-site position (no hybrid or telework), requiring five days per week in person, with events that may extend beyond standard business hours and into weekends.
As an Event Producer at Metro, you\'ll take a hands-on role in every stage of event production from securing venues, managing vendors, and overseeing logistics to executing seamless event operations as the on-site lead. You\'ll collaborate across Metro including Communications, Government Relations, and Operations to deliver impactful, high-quality experiences.
This position calls for a strategic, logistics-driven producer and problem-solver someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, adapts quickly, and takes pride in bringing complex events to life.

Produce and manage all logistics for high-profile Metro events, including securing venues, coordinating vendors, and overseeing operational execution on-site.
Lead on-site operations during events, ensuring seamless experiences and adherence to timelines.
Collaborate across departments (Communications, Government Relations, Operations) to deliver high-quality event experiences.
Adapt quickly to fast-paced environments and solve problems as they arise to bring complex events to life.
Minimum Qualifications Education
Bachelor\'s degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Experience
Minimum of five (5) years of experience in event planning, project management, or related roles to include :
One (1) year of experience working with vendors, managing contracts compliance, and making recommendations about vendors based on ability to meet the needs of the event.
Certification / Licensure
A valid driver license
Preferred Qualifications
Experience working on regional or large-scale events in collaboration with multiple jurisdictions.
Medical Group

Job Summary The Event Producer supports leadership in executing Metro-led projects and regionally coordinated special events. The incumbent will contribute to Metro\'s mission of telling its story and enhancing its reputation by coordinating logistics, managing vendors, and delivering high-quality event experiences. Event Producers play a pivotal role in the success of Metro\'s events, ensuring seamless execution through exceptional organizing and collaborating across Metro.
