Schedule : Every Saturday and Sunday Evening Shift, 3 p.m.. to 11 : 30 p.m. (16 hours / week; 32 hours / pay period)

Pay Range : LPN - $30.60-41.99 (DOE); RN - $35.10 - $48.17 (DOE) Plus applicable weekend shift differentials

Job Description :

The Windsor RN / LPN will utilize a systematic approach to nursing by incorporating assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation in the practice of nursing. The RN / LPN will provide healthcare to individuals, families, and communities within their scope of practice as defined by the Illinois Board of Nursing and will believe in the values of customer-centered service, stewardship, ethical conduct and reflection, open communication, and fair treatment of all residents, family and team members.

Job Requirements / Qualifications :

• Current RN / LPN license in the State of Illinois
• Ability to maintain your RN / LPN license as required by the facility or the state
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification within 30 days of hire
• Experience caring for residents with Alzheimer and Dementia related diagnosis
• Ability to multi-task and work under pressure
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
