Your Role :

• Champion best-in-class safety practices, anticipating potential issues with a proactive mindset.
• Collaborate with teams to integrate safety into daily operations and project planning, fostering a strong safety-first culture.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations and support Fleet Safety and DOT requirements as necessary.
• Conduct engaging safety training sessions focusing on compliance, safe work practices, and hazard awareness, keeping training records accurate and current.
• Perform regular job site inspections, proactively identifying hazards and working alongside crews to promote safe operations.
• Lead thorough investigations of incidents, identifying root causes and implementing preventive solutions with a focus on continuous improvement.
