HCLTech is looking for a highly skilled Project Manager who will Lead and manage IT projects using Agile / Waterfall methodologies, ensuring timely delivery, budget control, stakeholder communication, resource coordination, and compliance with company standards, Job Title- Project Manager Location- Raymond, OH (Onsite) Position Overview : Proactively manage schedules to achieve related project deliverables Coordinate the project's / program's daily activities amongst the teams and function groups Facilitate and coordinate meetings to resolve / escalate project's concerns and track project's milestones Establish business relationships vital to the success of the project Manage schedule changes, delays, and / or recovery efforts within the team and function groups Plan and manage project budget, monitor spend Maintain accurate project documentation as required by company guidelines Ability to multi-task several projects / objectives / deadlines in a fast-paced environment Maintain professional conduct and follow all company policies and procedures Project communication ensure all stakeholders are aware of progress though project meetings, status reports and milestones evaluations Resource management monitor time allocation of all resources assigned to the project. Follow IT methodology documentation / reporting requirements Ability to present to various audiences, work in team environment as well as independently Monitor results and develop countermeasures to ensure the project will achieve goals Maintain program / project portfolio utilizing Honda PM toolset (Clarity), develop and maintain project plan, utilize tool functions to update and maintain project cost plan on a monthly frequency. Minimum Education Qualification Engineering or IT-related bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience 5+ years of Agile / Waterfall experience in leading IT projects PMP Certification Other Job Specific Skills Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office tools (PowerPoint, Excel, Word) Experience with PM tool such as Clarity or equivalent PPM tool System architecture awareness and design Effectively communicate issues, oral, written, and interpersonal Effective communication / people skills Be detail-oriented and organized Be flexible with work schedule (attending early morning or late evening meetings with the project team in Japan) HCLTech is not the employer for this role.
