Optalis Health & Rehabilitation of Three Rivers is looking for a Registered Nurse (RN) to join the team! We offer a wide range of rehabilitation services, including physical, occupational, and speech therapy, along with long-term care and respite care options, all delivered by our team of highly trained and compassionate staff members .

$7,500 Sign-On Bonus for Full Time!!!!

Registered Nurse Duties and Responsibilities include, but are not limited to :

Provides licensed care to assigned residents as ordered by physician and in accordance with facility, federal, state and local standards, guidelines and regulations. Communicate / report information to residents, resident families, physicians, guardians, governmental agencies, and facility personnel as required by facility policy and State / Federal guidelines.

Registered Nurse (RN) Nurse Qualifications and Skills :

• Current RN License for the State of Michigan
• Current CPR Certification and BLS Certification
• Ability to multi-task and remain calm under stress
• Prior experience with PointClickCare a plus
• Excellent communication and written skills
• Understands and follows infection control standards, policies and procedures
