Position Details

  • Facility : GSS SD Rapid City St Martin
  • Shift : 12 Hours - Day Shifts
  • Job Schedule : Full Time
  • Sign-On Bonus : $500!

Your Role as a Registered Nurse (RN)

As a Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing individualized nursing care to our residents. Your responsibilities will include :

  • Utilizing the nursing process : assessment, diagnosis, outcomes / planning, implementation, and evaluation.
  • Collaborating with residents, families, and interdisciplinary colleagues to plan and evaluate care.
  • Demonstrating competency within the full scope of nursing expertise.
  • Caring for residents in all phases of preventative care, health maintenance, diagnosis, and treatment.
  • Coordinating care, conducting resident assessments, and providing education.
  • Serving as a charge nurse and delegating tasks to licensed and unlicensed personnel.

    • What We’re Looking For

    To thrive in this role, you should have :

  • A graduate degree from a nationally accredited nursing program (preferred).
  • A Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (preferred).
  • An unencumbered RN license with the State Board of Nursing or multistate licensure if in a Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) state.
