Client Service Specialist - Wealth Management
Jennifer Fukumae with Robert Half Finance & Accounting is partnering with a long-established, boutique wealth management firm to hire a Client Service Specialist. This team supports ~700 client families with highly personalized service, and they're looking for someone who enjoys being the operational backbone of the client experience.

What You'll Do
Handle day-to-day client requests : money movement, account updates, forms, DocuSign, and follow-ups
Coordinate reports and meeting prep with the Client Service team
Communicate with clients by phone / email to resolve service questions
Work directly with custodians (Schwab, Fidelity, Pershing) to manage paperwork and requests
Support account openings, transfers, RMDs, distributions, donations, and cost-basis research
Keep CRM and portfolio systems updated and accurate
Assist with quarterly reporting and general service workflows
Requirements
3+ years in wealth management, brokerage, or investment advisory
Strong communication skills and a polished, client-first approach
Experience with major custodians (Schwab / Fidelity / Pershing)
Orion experience is a major plus
High attention to detail, reliable follow-through, and comfort juggling multiple requests
Tech-savvy with willingness to improve processes and take initiative
