As an SDET, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality, reliability, and performance of software systems through both automated and manual testing. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, project managers, and analysts, to design test plans, develop automated test frameworks, and execute comprehensive testing strategies. This role requires a strong technical foundation, experience in modern test automation tools, and the ability to troubleshoot complex software issues. You will contribute to high-stakes projects in a dynamic, remote work environment while supporting continuous integration and delivery processes. Your work will directly impact the delivery of secure, efficient, and high-quality software solutions.

Accountabilities :

• Develop and execute comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts to validate software functionality, performance, and reliability.
• Perform functional, regression, integration, system, usability, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
• Automate testing workflows using frameworks such as Selenium, TestNG, JUnit, QTP, or LoadRunner.
• Collaborate with software developers and project managers to ensure adherence to project requirements and quality standards.
• Monitor test results, analyze issues, and provide actionable feedback to resolve defects and improve software quality.
• Support continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI / CD) pipelines to streamline development and testing processes.
• Mentor junior testers and contribute to improving testing practices, tools, and methodologies.
