Key Responsibilities

Lead Salesforce administration across various clouds, overseeing user management and workflow automation

Manage data governance and monitor system performance for optimization

Serve as the subject matter expert on Salesforce security and collaborate with business stakeholders for enhancements

Required Qualifications

5+ years of experience in Salesforce development, including 2+ years in a leadership role

Deep understanding of Salesforce platform security and best practices

Experience with Salesforce Sales, Service, and Experience Clouds in high-tech or SaaS environments

Strong strategic thinker with the ability to work independently

Self-motivated with a high level of accountability and excellent organizational skills
