Job descriptionThe Bartender will set up, tend and breakdown bars according to standard policies and procedures in a fun and safe manner Prepare and mix beverages for guests in a friendly, courteous, and timely manner according to standards Practice prudent portion controls, maintain accountability of all beverages Maintain proper and adequate set up of the bar Maintain inventories up to par Must adhere to all state, federal, and corporate liquor regulations pertaining to the serving of alcoholic beverages to minors and intoxicated guests, ensuring all laws are followed Communicate with supervisor any complaints or compliments Adhere to the rules and regulations of the company as defined in the employee handbook Always wear appropriate uniform provided by company policy High School Diploma / GED a plus but not required Previous experience a plus
