Operations Assistant

A company is looking for an Operations Assistant.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in analyzing operations within a nursing facility

Act as a liaison between the nursing facility, residents, families, and the community

Compile and develop reports on budget projections, revenue, and expenses

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration or Business preferred; Master's degree or MBA preferred

Proficiency in Microsoft Suite products

Ability to read and interpret business documents and governmental regulations

Mathematical skills to apply concepts such as fractions and percentages

Ability to solve practical problems in various situations
