Base salary : $75,000 to $90,000 per year.
Location : St Louis, MO / Remote eligible
Responsibilities
- Own campaign performance end-to-end across all assigned Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, Demand Gen, Performance Max, YouTube). Manage pacing, reporting, and results.
- Source and manage creative like a performance marketer. Write ad copy, partner on creative development, and maintain an organized asset library for testing and iteration.
- Plan, launch, and optimize campaigns with measurable objectives, owning targeting, bidding, and creative experimentation to drive growth.
- Continuously monitor and optimize to improve CTR, reduce CPA, and maximize ROAS. All optimizations should be tracked and measured against business outcomes.
- Document tests and campaign changes in a structured log; share wins and learnings with the Paid Media team and stakeholders.
- Collaborate with business leads, account managers, and yield partners to surface headwinds / tailwinds and align on priorities.
- Leverage competitive research and intelligence tools to map the vertical landscape and uncover new opportunities.
- Serve as the internal subject matter expert on Google Ads strategy, owning the full campaign lifecycle while scaling spend efficiently and protecting margins.
Qualifications
Must have : 4+ years of hands-on experience planning, managing, and optimizing Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, Demand Gen, Performance Max, YouTube) with revenue / ROAS as the primary KPI.Experience managing large-scale budgets ($20M+ / year) and consistently meeting ROAS and revenue goals independently.Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Looker, Tableau, or equivalent BI tools, plus advanced Excel / Google Sheets (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs).Ability to write compelling ad copy and collaborate on creative asset development.Excellent collaboration and communication skills with a track record of influencing cross-functional partners.Experience : Minimum 4 years managing Google Ads campaigns across multiple formats with proven success optimizing large budgets; capable of independently analyzing data, generating insights, and driving ROAS and revenue growth.Compensation & Benefits
Total Compensation : Base salary is set according to market rates for the nearest major metro and varies based on Launch Potato’s Levels Framework. Compensation includes base salary, profit-sharing bonus, and competitive benefits. Future increases are based on company and personal performance.
