Position Overview :
The ASL Interpreter and Coordinator provides high-quality interpreting services to Deaf / Hard of Hearing students, faculty, staff, and visitors in a variety of academic and campus settings. In addition, this position serves as the primary coordinator for interpreting and captioning services, managing scheduling, freelance interpreters, and related resources to ensure effective communication access across the college.
This dual role requires fluency in American Sign Language, strong organizational skills, and the ability to balance direct interpreting assignments with administrative oversight of communication access services.
